SCHOLARSHIPS

The OC Lions Compassionate Leader Scholarship celebrates the young people in our organization that have volunteered their time to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those that are in most need. It is a recognition of their hard work and future potential as leaders in the community. This is a new scholarship that was established in 2021 with the first recipients to be awarded at the end of this year. It will be awarded to young adults age 16-26 who have demonstrated extraordinary compassion for those in need, leadership in the community, academic promise in the classroom and strength of character. The recipients will receive $1,000-$2,000 that they can put towards tuition, fees, education supplies and board. Applications will open in Fall 2021.
